THIS IS THE FORM (SAFE HARBOR ELECTION) THAT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY THE TAXPAYER AND THEN ATTACHED TO THE RETURN. THIS IS ALSO THE FORM THAT TURBOTAX NEEDS TO ALLOW ATTACHMENT FOR E-FILING PURPOSES!!"
