You don't indicate which software version you are using but to delete the K-1:
Online versions:
- Sign into your tax return and select the 'take me to my return' button
- Select Tax Tools, Tools, Delete a form
- Scroll form list for the K-1 and delete
Desktop versions:
- Open your return, then select the Forms mode in the upper right corner of your return
- Scroll forms listed on the left side of screen for the K-1
- Select the K-1 and when it loads, select the delete button at bottom of the screen
