Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Try Vanessa A's workaround. You can try to enter $1 for the 1095-A. This will not affect anything on your return, but having the form there may get the IRS to accept your return. To do this take the following steps:
- Verify you do not have a 1095-A at healthcare.gov
- Search for 1095-A, use the Jump to 1095-A link.
- Click Update or Edit next to the ACA
- You will be asked if you received a 1095-A, click YES.
- Enter all zeros for the Marketplace identifier and Policy number.
- Enter $1 for January's monthly premium amount and SLCSP.
- Resubmit your return.
That should get your return filed.
