@Caidyn24@willywally1 It depends. That is form GIT-DEP has to do with NJ depreciation. To clarify, do you claim or have you claimed depreciable assets in the past either business assets or rental properties? If not, try to delete the form(If you are the online version by going to:
- Tool>tax tools
- delete a form
- Look in your New Jersey Forms and delete any reference to GIT-DEP, including the worksheets.
If in the software version, go to the forms mode in your program. Locate any forms in your New Jersey form that reference GIT-DEP, including the worksheets.
