Have been having the same issue. Federal was e Filed, but cannot file Hawaii State as I get the Loop were it does the final review and getting "HI error N-11 line 21.c Interest expense states not available till 01/19/2022 updates" every time I select Transmit returns. I was thinking of changing it from E-File to mail, which it allows me to print out the forms. Is it a problem with the form in general or a bug in the software? If it's the form then it makes no sense to mail the forms manually.
