I just call support and the tech was able to assist me... it was a screen resolution issue (mine is 1920x1080).
1) Change Resolution to 800x600
2) Screen will be visible and quite large so you may not see all the text
3) Clink on the Reg code field, the cursor might not be visible
4) Type the code including dashes, what you type might not be visible
5) Reset the display to the original setting
6) Click submit
