Under your PERSONAL section you put that you worked for a second state Kentucky. Then you input the info EXACTLY how it is on your W2's. If there are two W2's, use the same screen when you get to the state section and just add an additional state. Then when you are done with the Federal you need to do Kentucky FIRST before Indiana your home state. You will have to purchase the state for $49.95. Answer the question that you are NOT a resident. Then after Kentucky go to your Indiana state return and answer questions accordingly. Indiana will not tax you on the income nor the tax you paid to Kentucky. they will give you a credit for it. But you may still owe a little to Indiana even with the credit. this is normal on states with higher brackets.
