EIN is the same. I do not work in more than one state, I only work in Kentucky but I live in Indiana. Only one work location. Both W2's completely filled out. They both differ in lines 15-20. W2 #1 on line 15 has clark county indiana, the county I live in, and then the amounts in line 16 and 17. Line 16 matches the other W2 but line 17 does not. Nothing in boxes 18-20. The other W2 in line 15 has Indiana, my home state, the same box 16 information, and line 17 has a different tax amount. Box 18 has an amount, as does box 19 and box 20 has Jefferson County, KY, the county I work in. I know I only file for Indiana though.
