The employer's name that is displayed after you enter the W-2 information does not have to match what is on your W-2. The IRS tracks your employer by their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and not the employer's name. It is not unusual to have an employer's name be different from what is shown on the W-2 after entering the EIN. As long as you have entered the EIN as shown on the W-2 you will have no problems with the name being different.
