IND-525 is a date of birth mis-match for the first person listed on the tax return. Check the DOB in the personal information section for an incorrect DOB. If correct, then print and mail the tax return this year and then contact the Social Security Administration to see if they have an error in their database. If the SSA is correct then the error is in the IRS database which will get corrected by next year. when they get updates form the SSA.
