Thank you Lindsay. And can you please relay the information to the first and second level text support people so that they don't keep people on the phone for a very long time when you guys have an issue and you don't have an answer for it I would much rather I have been told that then have to have sat on the phone for an hour and a half and you guys weren't even able to resolve the issue.
