Send transcripts with the returns? I have the 1099s that show income and taxes were withheld. I just don't have some 1099E for the student loan interest and some old 1099B aka consolidated 1099 but no taxes were withheld from the 1099Bs so I'm not going to send copies of those as my transcript shows it already.
I'm assuming paper returns are back logged and it's going to take forever to get these processed?
I'm filing jointly this year compared to last year and these are his returns never filed and it looks like he owes a total of 320.00 plus the penalties. I'm assume this is going to hold up our current tax refund. His 2020 return/refund will be more than enough to pay off the back taxes owed and penalties with 1200 left over.
