Looks like the instructions finalized 2/3 so now we just wait for TurboTax to get everything loaded into their system. I agree With the previous answer. I wouldn’t recommend filing without the form and then amending as amended taxes get the lowest priority by the IRS.. my friend waited months last year! Just wait hopefully we will be able to file by next week!
