Website and software version issue
If I log in via website, filled out all my 2021 info almost to the very end, decide to purchase the software version and finish, I am able to login with my credentials but nothing is there. All the work done is not carried over so now to start again. After calling TurboTax customer service they stated that the website and application are not compatible. What really is weird both ways take my login credentials fine. The software vendor will not return my money paid which I understand is common but TurboTax cant help either. I'll have to start from scratch...?
