Same thing happened to me. I read on the IRS site to put the AGI to $0 and resubmit. I did that and still got the same error.
IND-664-02 - If the Primary SSN appears more than once in the e-File database, then 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header must not have the value "Self-Select On-Line"
