This is for reporting two 1099-S
One for second home sold
One for land sold
For the house, we have 2 real estate agents on the settlement statement, and a title preservation company, so who do I list as the broker?
For the land we did NOT use a real estate agency, we sold it to family and paid a Preservation Title Company that drew up closing papers for my husband to sign.
So who do I list as the broker?
