1.Enter the name of the person or financial institution that brokered this sale on house
On the settlement, I have 2 different real estate agents that sold the house,
but also listed is "Preservation of Title Agency" on the settlement, and they are the ones who actually got all the paperwork around for the closing and my husband signed closing papers in their office
So who do I list for name of person or financial institution that brokered this sale?
2. And on the LAND we sold we did not use a real estate agent, sold it to family and just did a closing with a title preservation company, so who would I list as broker on that one?
