Nope, it's all Turbo Tax. Not the IRS. They didn't calculate Line 5 on the returns properly. I spoke to Turbo Tax customer service. I refilled with H&R Block, was already accepted and waiting for my refund to be released. It was worth spending another $29 for peace of mind.
