I have been fighting this same issue since the begining of January. My email is the same on both sites and always has been. Same with my phone number. Turbo tax has provided no support what so ever to challenge the issue and ck has followed suite with TT. I have filed an received an advance for 5 years running with tt and suddenly now I cant be verified. This is bull **bleep**! And im sending out 2000 letters to the corporate offices of both TT AND CK today . one is bound to hit an office of someone who can help an cares about the customers enough to get on top of the disturbance before the 15th!!
