However, the section, "Take a look at New York credits and taxes" does not exist for me. I do have a section, "Changes to Federal Income" with a number of adjustment scenarios listed. The closest thing I see is "Other changes (adjustments) to your federal income" in the "Other New York adjustments to federal income" section.
When I enter the "Other changes (adjustments) to your federal income" form, there is no entry space for clean heating oil.
