First year using Turbotax, wish me luck haha. Question, I received my consolidated 1099 from a brokerage account that is with a company that can be imported via Turbotax. Great. My question is if I import this data NOW and then subsequently receive an amended 1099 which happens sometimes, do I simply import the amended 1099 and Turbotax will "overwrite" the old data with the new data where there is a change and keep the other data "as is" etc or do I would I need to delete the "old" import and then import the amended 1099 etc. ? Want to know before I import the current 1099. Thanks.
