I have accidentally cancelled my State Tax Return Payment because it was under a name I didn't recognize in my bank account and I would like to know how to pay it again?

I saw a name in my bank account that I've never seen before and called my bank about it. They said they didn't recognize it either and cancelled the transaction. Looking at it now, I think it was for my state taxes but I thought I already paid them.
