Turbotax Deluxe, I have reached the limit of my patience. My name is Sam B I have been trying to reach you about BUBS in Turbotax Deluxe. When I run Smart Check, i keep getting errors kicked out dealin with US Residency (I live in KY (all my life) 6419 Letter, ehich I have nver recived or referenced. Something about an Sdvanced payment which I have never recive or paid, and Principal Abode (always been in KY) and bone fide Puerto Rican citizen. I live in Kentucky therefore aprincipal abode is and has always been there. I am nor and have never been from or even visited PR. I answer these question as KY resident and not PR. and I get a reference to something to do with advanced payment, PR citizen, Letter 6419 and Advanced Payment. Woul someone frpmTurbo tax fix this BUG? and contact me as to when the BBBUUUGGG will be corrected? I have worked on this for 3 days and am totally frustrated. Had problems with Turbotax last year and for the last time, again this year. Fix your product or lose customer. No one tries to help.
