@rstrst , if you are living in the USA, you definitely can e-file. Just note that you would have to enter the details from your NR4 into a similar form ( i.e. if this interest income then use it as if you have received a 1099-INT etc. ) on the TurboTax. Here is link that you may find helpful --->
