dont feel bad i am not able to open a credit karma spend account all they tell me is they can't verify my identity and that is it, when i called i was told credit karma has a glitch within in their system and so many people will not be able to open an account. I don't think it is right that we have to miss out on something that is very important all because of a glitch in their system. Good luck on your end i hope your get your tuff figured out
