Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am glad to know you guys are aware of the problem, but my issue has still not been resolved.  Now I am reading that people who just did their taxes a day ago and had them accepted have received their advance, but I am now on day 7 after being accepted and have not, nor have I heard anything.  I would have thought the first people to submit would have been the ones to receive it first, but I guess not.  I also tried calling First Century Bank on the recommendation of other users, but I could not get a live person no matter what number I pushed.  The best I got was the recorded message telling me I was not approved for the maximum amount but was approved for a smaller amount.  I was never expecting the maximum amount based on the size of my return so that is fine but it would have been nice if it gave the amount.  Also I am not even sure how it knew who was calling because I was never asked for any information.  The only thing I could think is that maybe it recognized my phone number, but if that's the case the fact it did not verify is kind of unsettling.  Part of me thinks it's just a message that plays for anyone who hits #3.  I plan to call from a phone not associated with my account later today to test my theory just to see if I have anything else I need to add to my list of complaints about this entire process.  7 days with no advance, no email from support, or call from someone is absolutely ridiculous.  I would call into support but last time I did the lady was extremely nice, professional, and great at her job, but at no fault of her own I'm sure, she had no information to help me and from what I've read on other posts nobody has yet to talk to someone who actually knew what was going on.  As large of a promotion as this is, and as many customers that I'm guessing opted for the advance, I would think TurboTax would have a dedicated department to deal with related issues or at the very least train staff on how to help instead of leaving them with nothing more to say than guesses or that they don't have answers.  This will be the last time I use TurboTax and as soon as I get my advance (if I ever do) and my full tax refund I will be transferring the money to another card and never using Credit Karma again and I've been using them so many years I cannot even remember.
