How can I remove the quarterly tax payments that TurboTax automatically added to my return.

I took a loan against my 401K funds which converted to a withdrawal when I retired. Based on the higher income in 2018 Turbo Tax set up a quarterly payment plan that was sent to the IRS when I filed.  Is there a way to remove this?
