Are you referring to the online or download versions of TT? They are NOT the same. However, I have listed my hobby income under "Less Common Income" >> "Miscellaneous Income" >> "Other reportable income". This seems to work fine until TT does a tax review. Then it insists I fill out Schedule "C" as a business. What is going on?
