Somewhere along the way, you must have inadvertently answered Yes to a question about Form 1095-A. To fix the problem follow these steps:
- Open your return if you do not already have it open,
- In the upper right corner search 1095-A,
- Select Jump to link in the search results.
- Answer the first question about whether or not you or your spouse received unemployment compensation for any week beginning/during 2021? Click Continue
- The next question asks Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? Answer this question No. Click Continue.
- The next screen provides you with some information. Click Continue and it will bring you back to the Tax Breaks screen.
This fix should clear the problem you are having with your return.
