I have a timeshare for 2 weeks - I rented it out last year for both weeks - got a 1099 misc for income -$2500 I pay $1800 maintenance fee. Where exactly can I deduct this ?? Do I just subtract it from income amount ??? I don’t see anywhere to list the maintenance fee . But previous posts say I can deduct….
