I made a partial payment to my federal tax using my pay pal account, where do I account for this on my return?

I owe 21,103.00, I made a payment using Pay Pal of $2,000. When I go to file my taxes it shows I owe the 21,103.00 and that's what they would withdraw from my checking.  So, is there a spot I can show I already made a partial payment?
