HSA contributions could have been reported as an itemized deduction when you were going through the deductions and credits section or as a line item on your W2 if your HSA deductions are done as a payroll deduction. Either way it was probably just a typo that you made on the entry. Check those two places on your 2020 return and then send in the correction before you start your 2021 return.
