Yes. Any Form 1095-A has to be entered in the tax return. It doesn't matter if it's for only part of the year, or if the person dropped the insurance or had other insurance.
In the future, if you have a new question, please post a separate new question instead of tacking it on to a year-old thread about a different issue.
