I bought 2021 Turbo Tax deluxe with 1 state from Amazon. After the download, it wouldn't allow me to
activate the program. So I called Turbo Tax and you sent me another download to replace it. I downloaded it successfully but it wouldn't allow me to activate the program or enter my code to activate. So I gave up and
took it to Geeks at Work who said it was a sloppy Turbo Tax programmer error in that your 2021 download
program wasn't compatible with the higher screen resolution on my 1 yr old LG Notebook computer.
They fixed it and charged me $70+. So now my Turbo Tax is running, and I downloaded SC as my state.
But on another return I wanted to purchase and download NC as a 2nd state program. It wouldn't let me
download it or pay for it to download NC. Is it the same resolution compatibility problem that my
Geeks at Work guy said prevented me from using my 1st 2 downloads? I need help and I am very frustrated this year with your 2021 product. I am a senior citizen with limited tech skills so I don't always understand why something won't work, nor how to fix it. Thanks. lljboone
