Two possibilities here.
- You changed the order of the names of the tax filers under the "My Info" tab. You can't do that.
- You incorrectly indicated the owner of the W-2 you entered. Delete the W-2's and re-enter them, paying attention to the screen that asks who the W-2 belongs to.
