You can make estimated tax payments online at this IRS webpage.
However, please note Critter-3's point - we just had the last due date for an estimated tax payment for tax year 2021. (Jan 15, 2022). The schedule for estimated tax payments for tax year 2022 won't have its first quarter due until April 18, 2022.
So please be sure for which tax year you want to make an estimated tax payment.
