Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Since these people are your clients (vs. contractors that perform a service for YOU), you do not need a W-9.  Additionally, you don't need to prepare Form 1099 for any of them.

As a sole proprietor, you must keep records of all of your income, regardless of how your clients pay for your services.  Hopefully you have kept good records of all income, as well as expenses related to your business.

A W-9 is the form that you would give people who perform services for you.  These people complete and return this form to you.  It contains important information that allows you to prepare information forms (such as 1099-NEC) IF you were paying them.  This in no way pertains to your situation as you've described it.

When working in the TurboTax programs (either Self-Employed in the online platform or TurboTax Home & Business in the desktop platform), you'll enter your income and applicable expenses.  Go through the interview answering each questions appropriately.
