How do I answer line F on IL-1040-X?

I am amending my 2020 federal tax return because I had checked "Yes" when asked if someone else could claim me, and would be claiming me on their 2020 return, however I should have checked "No" because I was only a full time student for 4 months of the calendar year. My parents filed their return and did not claim me, so I need to fix that. Once I made the change, it's taking me to my Illinois State Return, and saying I need to answer line F, but I do not understand the question at all. It says "Check the box that identifies why you are making this change." and the three options are "Federal change accepted on", "NOL accepted on", and "State change". I'm confused because my federal change hasn't even been sent yet, so I don't know how I would have a date for that? I don't know what NOL means, and this isn't a state change so if someone can please help me understand this, I would really appreciate it!
