1) Received TT Deluxe 2021 in CD form.
2) Installed it on Win 10 machine w/ all latest Win updates.
3) Went thru the TT 2021 update.
4) At activation screen, entered my 16 code - unable to activate.
5) Attempted the following:
a) unplugged external USB drive
b) turned off VPN
c) turned off Windows security
d) turned off Kaspersky Cloud security
e) rebooted router
f) tried all Intuit FAQ suggestions about IPv4/IPv6, DOS command ipconfig commands, etc.
Is there an online site where I can activate my code? If not, I need help!!!
