I have signed in directly and do see the screen shot you posted - HOWEVER - when you enter the charity and the date - then try to enter an item - the program fails to find any categories or manually entered search items. No items can be entered into the list for valuation. Summary is then $0. Program is not working to enter items in the charity of choice. Prior 2 years summaries are available and drop down of previously used chariuties are available also. Just unable to enter items. Been using this program for many years now and never had these problems before. Able to enter as of the 1st of January of the next year for real time tracking of donations.
