Thank you for your replies and suggestions. I'll for sure have to call. I have a mac with too old of an OS for CD or download, which is why I went with on-line. I'll be 63 in a few weeks, worked since I was 13 and the first time ever I filed either late or in this case...not yet. Things got complicated mid-2020. Anyhow, I'll figure it out one way or the other.
