For clarification:
"Download1099 information from Merrill Lynch Form 1041 in TurboTax Business - Estate?"
I am not doing business. TurboTax has form 1041 in the Business software, which is for an ESTATE. I have 100+ portfolio transactions due to divided reinvestment and liquidation of all. I simply wanted to do what I have done for decades in the Premier version: download the transactions from the Merrill Lynch. You cannot even import from Quicken.
I now know that it cannot be done through TurboTax-Business.
I do believe I bought it by mistake, but it is the correct version of TurboTax. It never dawned on me that the simple procedures I've used would not be available in this more expensive version.
