I also have this issue. Despite TT's fix and personal assistance from a TT support team member, my return was again been rejected on 2-17. TT should change its software to allow a user override for Box A, Form 2210 and/or allow the creation of a written explanation (CMD I in Forms MAC edition).
If anyone has figured a workaround for this problem, please post it.
