I don't get any type of tax forms, I do work on mturk and I can't figure out what to file under. Would it be uncommon income?

I have never done this before and I have read through each option but I'm not sure if I should choose uncommon income. I don't receive any type of paperwork on my earnings, I don't receive a 1099, it is more a survey site. Does anyone else do mturk as a main income?
