Is it possible to contact anyone at this company? I've gone through the process to request a refund for double billing 2X and have yet to receive a refund or response!

I prepaid for my 2020 software when I filed my extension.  In order to file my actual return Intuit made me pay for the software AGAIN.  I've gone through their process twice to request a refund for the second payment.  Both times the case has been closed without any notification to me nor refund issued.  I can't find a valid email for customer service and have had no luck reaching out to them.  Do they even have a customer service department?  This has been going on for months now!  I usually file with H
