Apparently, you have an issue (or two) with your computer, and it has nothing to do with TurboTax. I would suggest a system restore. Then update your AV program and do a full scan.
This will also occur when system files are corrupted. Generally that required a complete system reload from scratch. Overall, I would do that anyway since you will be entering all of your personally identifiable information on that computer. Better safe than sorry.
