Installed turbotax via intuit download.
Launch turbo tax first time and activation screen opens
Field to enter license is stimpled out and does not accept input.
Tried several ways - launching at admin, launching from explorer, launching from desktop, navigating from keyboard (i.e. tab)
I also had the activation screen is blank - but found that if I changed displays, then it would display. For example going from external display to internal. Or internal to external - it didn't matter the direction.
Configuration is up to date windows, a lenovo laptop about 3 months old, up to date video driver, and this is a stock intel evo configuration. This issue of blank activation screens has been going on for a number of years, and it is concerning that intuit has not fixed this bug either in their software or in one of the libraries that they use to build the product.
