Thanks for your reply, but it was not adding any value for me.
I need a TY 2020 product, so I got the 2020TY version which turned out to be out of support. I find it very irresponsible for Intuit not to have a plan for handling products that they didn't plan on supporting (presume after Oct 15?)
Since it was purchased, I hope that Intuit is responsible enough to provide me a solution such as converting the 2020TY license key to a 2020TY CD license key rather than making it more difficult by forcing me to use their telephone line which isn't even 'daily'
