Thanks for your suggestion. It hasn't worked for me as I haven't been able to hold of Intuit's support specialist who are supposed to be open 'daily from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT'
I am very disappointed. With my schedule, I haven't not been able to contact the support specialist time, and the online support team was very confused about the retail version of LIVE product. I think it was very irresponsible of Intuit that they closed without providing an expiration date or an automated web application menu where you can either request a refund or to convert it to a CD version of product with Live support.
