I wish the customer support at TurboTax would have told me that it is a known issue and it is actively being worked on instead of telling me it is an Amazon problem and I should ask them how to get the download to work. Did not and does not make sense to me as I am in the technical software industry myself.
I can wait and see when it becomes available. It would be good for Intuit/Turbotax to put a statement out there that this being worked on but silence and denial is all I have received. And if some of us choose to not wait, we can return to Amazon and purchase elsewhere as there is only so many days for the return policy.
